  1.  Eligibility for Returns:

    • Returns are accepted within 3 days of receipt.
    • Books must be in their original condition—unread, undamaged, and with all packaging intact.
    • We cannot accept returns for used, damaged, or marked items.
  2.  Return Process:

    • Provide your order number and reason for the return.
    • We will guide you through the return process and provide instructions for sending the book back.
  3.  Refunds:

    • Once we receive the returned book, we will process your refund within 3-7 business days.
    • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
    • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If the return is due to an error on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs.
  4.  Exchanges:

    • If you would like to exchange a book, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired book.
    • Return shipping for exchanges is the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
  5.  Exceptions:

    • Custom or special order books are non-returnable and non-refundable.
    • E-books and digital content purchases are final and cannot be returned.
